| ^ | Total Allowance includes both upload and download data and is split into Peak and Off-Peak components. The Peak period starts at 2pm and ends at 2am on the next day. The Off-Peak period begins at 2am and ends at 2pm on the same day. Once you have used up your allowance in either the Peak or Off-Peak periods, your speed will be reduced to the throttled speed (32/32 kbps) until your next billing period. You may check your usage in the 'My Account' section of the website. |

| Cancellation Fee | If signed up to a contract, Broadband customers will be required to pay out a cancellation fee, which will be at most, remaining months x $29.95. |
Additional Usage
Unwired customers can purchase an additional block of usage to increase the total amount of usage allowance on any Unwired plan! And if you have used up your allowance, and have had your speed reduced, this will help you return to your plan speed.
This usage will expire at the end of your billing period, and unused usage will not roll over to your next billing month. For more information, check out our FAQs in the support section.
